Returns
Customers are required to contact us prior in sending the parts for return as confirmation will be sent before you could proceed for further action. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition – unassembled and not damaged. Kimwin is not responsible for any airfreight charges, labour expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by installation errors.
All return orders must be packaged properly – Kimwin is not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.
Return Shipping
All returns must be postage paid, insured and traceable; return shipping charges are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.
Kimwin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as any lost claim can only be filed by the shipper with the shipping company.
